Does Dunelm offer free delivery?
Unless your chosen Dunelm discount codes state otherwise you will be subject to the website’s usual delivery costs. The brand offers a variety of deliveries, so both the cost and time frame options available are visible on the product pages themselves. You can get free standard UK delivery if you’re spending over £49, but this does exclude furniture and other large items. For orders under £49 standard delivery costs £3.95. For both furniture and other large items delivery will cost £9.95. For these items you’ve purchased using your Dunelm discount codes, you’ll be offered your delivery day of choice - Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm. The brand also has a helpful ‘room of choice’ delivery option, where their 2 person teams can bring your delivery into the exact room you want the product in.
Is Dunelm's click & collect service free?
If you want to save on delivery costs, you can collect your Dunelm order in-store for free. In most cases, your order will be ready to collect in under 3 hours and once it's ready, you'll receive an email letting you know when you can go and collect it.
How can I contact Dunelm online?
On the Dunelm website, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the 'Contact Us' button. Once you're on the contact page you'll be able to start a live chat with the customer service team or fill out a contact form.
Does Dunelm price match?
Yes, Dunelm has a Price Match service. To make use of this, you must show that the total cost of your order would be cheaper somewhere other than Dunelm for the retailer to offer a matching quote.
Will there be a Black Friday sale at Dunelm?
Dunelm has had Black Friday sales in previous years so we're hopeful to see it return again this November. However, it hasn't been confirmed by the retailer yet when the sale will be live. If you want to keep up with the latest news regarding the Black Friday sale, we recommend you become a member of the Dunelm mailing list.
Is there a Dunelm student discount?
On occasion, Dunelm does offer a discount for students. The discount normally runs before term-time (August to October) so students can grab all their uni necessities before heading to their new accommodation. The most recent discount has been 10% off orders over £40.
Is there a Dunelm NHS discount?
There isn't one currently, but Dunelm has offered 15% off through Blue Light Card in the past. With this in mind, we're hopeful to see it return sometime. If you don’t have a Blue Light Card yet, it costs £4.99 for a 2-year subscription and is available for those working in the NHS, ambulance service, police, fire brigade and similar sectors.
Does Dunelm do free returns?
While hopefully you’ll love what you picked up with your Dunelm discount codes, sometimes things just aren’t right. If this is the case you have 28 days to return or exchange the items free of charge. There are some items which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty so be sure to check the terms and conditions.
Can I take my returns to Dunelm stores?
Even if you’ve bought your item online using your Dunelm discount codes, you can still return these to any of the 177 stores. Find your nearest using the website's online store locator. Do be aware that a handful of the smaller stores are unable to accept returns of larger items and furniture, but you can check this in advance.
