Does Emma Mattress offer a sleep trial?
Emma currently offers a 200-night sleep trial on its mattresses and beds which is a great way to test out a new sleep surface and see if the brand’s products are right for you. It also offers a 100 night sleep trial for its mattress topper, 30 nights for pillows and weighted blankets, and 14 nights for duvets and mattress protectors. If you don’t find the Emma product you choose quite the right fit, you can contact the brand’s customer service team to arrange a free collection.
Will there be an Emma Mattress Black Friday sale?
It hasn't been confirmed by the brand yet that there will be a Black Friday sale this year, however, there have been sales in previous years. For example, in 2022, there was an up to 60% off sale sitewide over the Black Friday weekend. With this in mind, we're hopeful to see its return this November! Is there an Emma Mattress student discount?
Emma Mattress has teamed up with Student Beans and currently offers 2 student discounts. One is an extra 5% discount on orders and the other is 5% off Emma Freshers Bedroom Set (which includes a topper, pillow and a duvet). To bag these discounts, head to the Student Beans website and verify your student status.
Is there an Emma Mattress NHS discount?
On the Emma Mattress website, there's a Key Worker Discount page which shows that the retailer offers an additional 6% off orders for people who work in healthcare, education, care, and emergency services. Head to this page and follow the links to get your discount code.
Does Emma Mattress offer a guarantee?
Emma offers a 10-Year Guarantee scheme on both mattresses and beds (unless stated on the product page), so you can buy your new mattress with complete confidence. If you have any issues in that time that are in line with the guarantee T&Cs, contact the Emma customer service team with a picture of the problem and they'll arrange to swap your mattress for a new one.
How do you return an Emma Mattress order?
As it can take a few days to get used to a new sleep setup, Emma recommends taking advantage of the sleep trials it offers on most of its products. This is so that you can give your new product a thorough test out before you initiate a return. However, if you decide a product isn’t for you then the brand offers free returns. Simply contact the customer service team or use the brand’s self-service returns portal to arrange a collection. One of the collection companies Emma works with (either the British Heart Foundation, Debra or Keen & Able) will then contact you via telephone within 2-3 working days to organise a suitable date for collection. The brand aims to process refunds within 14 days of the pick up.
Will Emma Mattress take my old mattress away?
Although we’d generally recommend hanging on to your old mattress until you’re sure that you’re happy with the new one, Emma does provide the option to have your old mattress taken away when the brand delivers your new one. This service costs an additional £39 and needs to be added to your cart on the checkout page, as it cannot be added to your order retrospectively.

Wait for a sale: If you’re looking to score an Emma Mattress deal or save money on the brand’s bedding then the good news is that you’ll find regular sales events happening on the website. What’s more, discounts are usually super generous, with up to 50% off being a fairly common occurrence. You’ll never have to wait too long for a sale, with Emma generally running a promotional event of some kind every few weeks. Sales tend to happen around ‘special’ times of the year, like Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas, and New Year, as well as general spring, summer and winter events.
Shop on Black Friday: Like many mattress manufacturers, Emma tends to cut its prices drastically on Black Friday to drive pre-Christmas sales. The term Black Friday originated in the US to denote the first day following Thanksgiving when retailers would cut prices to draw holidaymakers to shop their store's sales. Driven by global brands, the price-slashing event soon crossed the pond, and now Black Friday – closely followed by Cyber Monday – has become one of the UK's biggest consumer extravaganzas, rivalling traditional Boxing Day sales. The price-slashing event happens each year on the last Friday of November, although Emma has been known to start its Black Friday discounting early, with great deals running on the Simba website throughout the whole month of November.
Sign up for the newsletter: Many of our favourite websites offer a nice sweetener when you sign up to receive their newsletter, and Emma quite frequently offers newsletter subscribers exclusive offers (like an extra 5% off your first order which is running right now). Plus, the newsletter will keep you in the loop about current and upcoming discounts and sales.
