Can I get a first order discount at Otty?
Otty does offer a discount for new customers, which is 5% off when you sign up for the newsletter. To get your discount, head to the Otty website - you can either wait for the pop-out box to appear which informs you of the deal and prompts you to enter your email address in the box, or you can scroll down the homepage and enter your email address under the text that says 'Leave us your email address and we will notify you of any special offers we run.' Once you've added your details, you'll be sent your unique voucher code.
Will Otty have a Black Friday sale?
Yes, one of the busiest times of the year for Otty is during the Black Friday sales. This falls on the last Friday in November when the brand often reduces its mattresses by a whopping 50%, so if it's nearing the end of the year and you’re in the market for a new mattress, put the brakes on and wait till the Black Friday sales. And thank us later!
What are Otty mattresses made of?
Otty currently sells four types of mattresses - the Original, the Aura, the Pure and the Pure+. All four are hybrid mattresses, meaning they combine pocket springs with foam (The Pure ranges feature moisture-wicking bamboo and charcoal-infused foam) and viscoelastic foam, to make the surface respond to your body as you lie on it. Each mattress comes with a 10 year warranty.
Does Otty offer a sleep trial?
Yes, Otty has a 100-night sleep trial which offers you over three months to test one of its mattresses in the comfort of your own home. If you’re not convinced or the hybrid design isn’t for you, get in touch before the 100 days are up and they’ll give you a full refund and arrange a (free) mattress collection. No questions asked.
Is delivery free for an Otty mattress?
Otty offers free UK delivery as standard. You can also get the mattress delivered to a room of your choice for an extra £10. For £20, the delivery team will deliver to a room of your choice, unpack it and take the packaging away with them.
Will Otty take my old mattress away?
For an extra £40, Otty will deliver your new mattress to a room of your choice and take away your old one. And for an extra £50, you get the full package - the delivery men will deliver your mattress to a room of your choice, unpack it and take the packaging away with them, together with your old mattress.
How long does delivery take for an Otty mattress?
Otty’s estimated delivery times for mainland UK orders are between 3 to 7 business days. This goes up to 14 working days for any deliveries to Northern Ireland or offshore postcodes. Otty's courier will contact you via email several days before delivery to inform you of the exact delivery date. There is no specific delivery time given on that date, but the couriers will give you a courtesy call around an hour before they arrive at your door.
Does Otty do student discount?
At Otty, they know that mattresses can be costly and being a student might mean that you have a bit of a tight budget. That's why they offer a lovely student discount so you can get an extra 7% off your next purchase. Simply verify your student status using Student Beans to receive your student discount code.
Does Otty offer a finance option?
Otty runs a finance service with DivideBuy so you can spread the costs of a mattress (or bed, etc) over 12 months with 0% APR. And worry not, as you can still avail of any discount codes if you choose to pay using the finance option.
What payment options are available at Otty?
At Otty, there is a wide range of payment options. This includes payments made via major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, and American Express. Otty also accepts alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How to use an Otty voucher code
- Start by choosing which Otty promo code suits your order best and select it by clicking on the ‘Get Discount’ button.
- A pop-out box will appear showing the discount code. Click on this and it will automatically copy the code to your computer or mobile (or if you prefer, you can use the ‘Copy’ button).
- Click the ‘Otty’ button to take you straight to the website, where you can buy the mattress, bed or bedding of your dreams.
